Blue Hawaii

Ingredients:

• 2 oz light rum

• 1 oz blue curaçao liqueur

• 2 oz pineapple juice

• 1 oz cream of coconut

• 1 cup ice

• Pineapple wedge and cherry for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Fill a blender with 1 cup of ice.

2. Add the light rum, blue curaçao liqueur, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut to the blender.

3. Blend the mixture until smooth and slushy.

4. Pour the Blue Hawaiian cocktail into a tall glass.

5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry (if using).
